If you are absent, a notice will be left to either organize a redelivery via SMS or email, or to collect your package at the nearest post office. Your package will be available for another 15 working days at the post office, after which it will be returned to the sender.

  1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON FAGOLA.COM
  • Log in via this link.
    Please note that you have 14 days after your purchase to request a return!
  • Enter your email address and follow the instructions to log into your account. You will receive a code by email to validate your login.
  • Select the order and the items to return.
  • Choose the order for which you wish to request a return.
  • Select the items you want to return. Choose a return reason from the provided options.
  • Click "Request a Return."
  1. WAIT FOR RETURN REQUEST CONFIRMATION AND THE RETURN LABEL
  • If your return is approved, you will receive the Mondial Relay return label by email and it will also be available in your account.
  • You can find the return slip to print in your account under the "My Returns" section.
  • Print the return slip and insert it in the package. If you don’t have a printer, you can write the return number on the delivery slip attached to the order and place it in the package.
  1. REPACKAGE THE PRODUCTS AND SEND YOUR PACKAGE
  • Make sure the products are returned intact, unused, and with tags.
  • Products can be returned in their original packaging.
  • Be sure to include the return slip in the package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that if the returned product is defective, return shipping costs will be covered by FAGOLA. To return a product, follow the steps below:

  • Click on “My Order History.”
  • Select the order and the item you wish to return by ticking the appropriate box in the "Track your order step by step" section.
  • Indicate the reason for your return and click “Generate a Return.”
  1. WAIT FOR RETURN REQUEST CONFIRMATION
  • You will receive a return request confirmation by email.
  • You can find the return slip to print in your account under the “My Returns” section.
  1. REPACKAGE THE PRODUCTS AND SEND YOUR PACKAGE
  • Ensure that the products are returned intact, unused, and with tags.
  • Products can be returned in their original packaging.
  • Be sure to include the return slip in the package.
